Conductus Musical Ensemble

Conductus founded by its director, Andoni Sierra, in 2002. The Association Conductus Musical Ensemble consists of more than 50 musicians, amateurs and professionals, which aim to provide the choral repertoire of all time and remain true to the spirit in which the work was composed.

In more than ten years of work, and always under the baton of its director, the group gave concerts of major works such as the Vespers of the Blessed Virgin by Claudio Monteverdi, the opera Dido and Aeneas by Henry Purcell, the Saint-John’s Passion, the B minor Mass and Motets by Johann-Sebastian Bach, Mozart’s Requiem, Duruflé’s Requiem and a long list of major works of the choral repertoire of all time.

The group performs regularly in such important festivals and auditoriums as Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, Auditorio Kursaal in San Sebastián, Palacio Euskalduna in Bilbao, "Quincena Musical Donostiarra", the "Festival de Música Antigua Zenarruza"... where has always earned unanimous praise from audiences and critics.
