Guillaume Nussbaum

Born in 1986, he trained at the Académie Supérieure de Musique of Strasbourg parallel to the University and then at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, with C.Mantoux, M.Gester, F.Jacob, A.Heurtematte and B.Haas, and subsequently earned a Master in Music Performance, a specialization degree and a Perfecting prices, accompanied by the highest distinctions.
In recent years, he distinguished himself internationally : in 2010, he was obtained the 1st Prize and the Audience Prize at the International Organ Competition "Pierre de Manchicourt" in Bethune; in 2011 he won the "Grand Prix Bach" of Lausanne, and in 2013 the international competition Gottfried Silbermann of Freiberg.
Therefore, he is sharing his time between concert, church musician, teacher activitesand his taste for keyboard instruments (organ, harpsichord and clavichord).
Organist at the Temple Neuf, St. Paul church and at the Strasbourg Cathedral, he teaches organ at Wissembourg Music School and musical writing and accompaniment at the Strasbourg University.
