1. Security of payment
Our secure SSL server ensures the protection and reliability of electronic transactions by encrypting all personal data required for processing (email address, banking details, etc.) when placing the order. It is impossible for a third party to intercept this information during its transmission over the Internet.

This site does not store credit card details
- The number of the credit card used is not archived with the other reservation details.
This means that it is necessary to re-type these details for each online purchase.

2. Confidentiality, protection of your personal details
Any personal or confidential information given when placing an order is used only for completing your reservation. Under no circumstances will such information be sold, leased or otherwise distributed to a third party.
In compliance with the French Data Protection Act dated 6 January 1978 you have a right to access and rectify information concerning you personally, at all times.

3. Conditions for payment
Ticket prices are given in euros and include VAT.
The following bank cards are accepted for payment:

• CB VISA
• EUROCARD
• MASTERCARD

4. Picking up tickets
Tickets paid for by credit card may be picked up only from the ’Retrait des Places’ counter (ticket pick-up counter) on the day of the concert, half an hour before the performance, on presentation of the confirmation email.

5. Exchange of tickets
- Once tickets have been paid for, they can be neither reimbursed nor exchanged for a different date or event; resale is forbidden under the terms of the Act dated 27 June 1919.

6. Complaints

- Any claim or enquiry concerning online sales must be made by telephone and confirmed either in writing or by email to billetterie@toulouse-les-orgues.org.
